A lifelong student of culture, leadership and behavior, Cedar was inspired during her graduate studies at Harvard University by outstanding leaders like current Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan and legendary Kennedy School Dean Joe Nye.

They and others were visionaries who shot for the moon and rolled up their sleeves, all at the same time.

With a passion for designing workplaces that attract, retain, and continuously develop a highly skilled and growth-oriented workforce, resulting in improved shareholder value and bottom-line results, Cedar went on to found her own consulting service, Charlesbank Consulting. She concurrently served as senior consultant with Ibis Consulting Group, working with the world’s largest technology companies and most prestigious universities.
